(CCSC) and International Cooperation Committee on Animal Welfare (ICCAW) in order to ensure food safety and nutrition, enable sustainable agricultural development, improve economic efficiency, and help Chinas livestock, poultry and aquatic products break international trade barriers. Through animal welfare assessment, the organization can prove that its breeding, transportation and slaughtering process conforms to relevant principles, standards and laws and regulations, and ensure the quality and safety level of animal derived food provided by it.
