Declaration of impartiality

China Classification Society Quality Certification Co., Ltd. (CCSC) is a specialized agency of China Classification Society (CCS) to undertake onshore inspection and certification business. Its business scope includes management system certification, product certification, industrial product inspection, container inspection, green and low-carbon business, safety business, inspection and training, etc.
CCSC fully understands the importance of fairness in the implementation of inspection and certification activities, and takes fairness as a basic principle of inspection and certification activities, identifies and analyzes the possible benefits, responsibilities and risks in inspection and certification activities, and implements management.
In order to ensure the objectivity, independence and impartiality of CCSC inspection and certification activities, and to carry out relevant services in accordance with the law, we hereby make the following commitments:
1. CCSC personnel at all levels strictly abide by the "the Peoples Republic of China Certification and Accreditation Regulations", "Administrative Measures for Certification Institutions", "the Peoples Republic of China Standardization Law", "the Peoples Republic of China Product Quality Law" and other laws, regulations, rules and policies related to inspection and certification, and work independently and impartially, and earnestly fulfill social responsibilities.
2. Within the scope of the business of carrying out inspection and certification services, it is open to all applicants, without any unreasonable or improper financial or other conditions, without the intervention of relevant stakeholders, and provides all applicants with equal quality services.
3. Do not take improper means to participate in market competition within the industry, and carry out fair competition with inspection and certification agencies in the same industry. CCSC takes brand, reputation, quality and service as the main means of competition to ensure and continuously improve the effectiveness of inspection and certification.
4. Analyze and evaluate the conflicts of interest that may arise from inspection and certification activities and form management documents to effectively manage and control activities and relationships that affect fairness, and ensure that fairness is not affected by other interests, other parties or individuals. If a violation of the principle of impartiality is found, the CCSC has the responsibility to take appropriate corrective and disciplinary measures.
5. In the process of acceptance, evaluation, audit, inspection, management personnel, etc., abide by the rules of fairness and confidentiality. CCSC requires all employees (including part-time personnel), project subcontractors or external experts to make a commitment to the fairness and confidentiality of their work. If a breach of commitment is found, the CCSC has a responsibility to take appropriate corrective action.
6. Make inspection and certification decisions independently, without being affected by the stakeholders involved or any factors that may interfere with CCSCs judgment, and ensure that the inspection and certification results are true, objective and fair.
7. All staff members do not accept any form of gifts on any occasion, including gifts, gifts, securities, jewelry, etc. When performing tasks, the on-site personnel shall abide by the staff code of conduct and shall not participate in the banquets and entertainment activities organized by the applicant.

8. Accept the supervision of inspection and certification stakeholders and all relevant parties in the society, and take the supervision results as an important basis for improving work and standardizing inspection and certification behavior.
