At present, the development of onshore wind farms in China has a considerable scale, and the development of offshore wind power has also begun. There are also many problems and puzzles in the operation and maintenance of onshore wind farms and the design, construction, operation and maintenance of offshore wind farms. At the same time, in order to promote the sustained and healthy development of the domestic wind power equipment manufacturing industry, the National Energy Administration issued the "Notice of the National Energy Administration on Regulating the Market Order of Wind Power Equipment", which put forward a number of requirements for wind power equipment certification. In order to actively respond to the requirements of relevant national policies and give full play to the certification experience and technical accumulation of China Classification Society in the fields of wind power generation and marine engineering, China Classification Society Quality Certification Co., Ltd. is scheduled to hold the 2014 Offshore Wind Power and Wind Farm Operation and Maintenance Technology Seminar in Beijing on October 21, 2014.
This meeting was strongly supported by organizations and units such as China Wind Energy Association, Shenyang Chinese Wind Power Technology Co., Ltd., and China Electric Power Research Institute. Many industry experts were invited to participate in the meeting and make thematic introductions. See Annex 1 for the main topics and agenda of the meeting. Representatives of relevant units in the wind energy industry are invited to participate in the seminar.

Route Description
1. Capital Airport → Ship Inspection Building
Delegates can take the airport express at the capital airport (terminal T3 or terminal T2) and get off at dongzhimen station. Change to subway line 2 (east 40 direction), get off at east 40 station, walk out of the subway station via exit a (northwest exit) and walk about 150 meters to the north (left hand direction along the road), the west side of the road (left-hand side) is the ship inspection building (the roof is marked with "CCS China Classification Society").
Delegates can take the airport bus line 3 (capital airport → Beijing station) at the capital airport and get off at dongsitiaozha station. after getting off, they can walk about 500 meters to the north (opposite to the direction of the airport bus you are taking) (on the way through dongsitiaoqiao intersection/dongsitiaoqiao subway station). the west side of the road (left side) is the ship inspection building (with the "CCS China classification society" logo on the roof).
Participants can take a taxi from the Capital Airport to the Ship Inspection Building (or Huapu Garden). The taxi journey is about 25 kilometers.
2. Beijing Station → Ship Inspection Building
Delegates can take subway line 2 (Jianguomen direction) at Beijing railway station, get off at dongsitiazha station, walk out of the subway station via exit a (northwest exit), walk about 150 meters to the north (walk along the road in the left-hand direction), and the west side of the road (left-hand side) is the ship inspection building (the roof is marked with "CCS China Classification Society").
Participants can take a taxi from Beijing Railway Station to the Ship Inspection Building (or Huapu Garden). The taxi journey is about 6 kilometers.
3. Beijing West Railway Station → Ship Inspection Building
Delegates can take Metro Line 9 (in the direction of the Military Museum) at Beijing West Railway Station and get off at Baishiqiao South Station; change to Metro Line 6 (in the direction of Chegongzhuang West) and get off at Chaoyangmen Station; change to Metro Line 2 (in the direction of East 40), get off at East 40 Station, walk out of the subway station via Exit A (northwest exit), and walk about 150 meters north (along the road in the left direction), the west side of the road (left-hand side) is the ship inspection building (the roof is marked with "CCS China Classification Society").

4. Beijing South Railway Station → Ship Inspection Building
