otice Regarding Cooperation with CNAS in Conducting the Management System Certification Surveillance Audit

Management system certification each certified (CNAS certificate) organization:
In order to give full play to the role of accreditation and restraint, improve the effectiveness of certification, and guide the healthy competition and healthy development of the certification industry, the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) will formally carry out the confirmation and audit of accredited certification bodies in 2011, and has issued and implemented the CNAS-EC-032:2011 "Notes on Confirmation and Audit Activities for Certification Bodies" on April 11, 2011.
Confirmation audit is a way for CNAS to supervise the activities of certification bodies. CNAS, together with the technical supervision department, will directly conduct on-site verification on the operation and audit process of the certified organizations management system to evaluate the compliance and effectiveness of the certification audit activities of the certification organization (Note: The on-site verification of the certified organization mainly verifies the key points of the compliance and effectiveness of the certified organizations management system, not the certification audit of the repeated certification organization).
Because the confirmation audit is CNAS through the direct certification of the certification organizations management system operation process on-site verification to evaluate the compliance of the certification bodys audit activities. Under normal circumstances, CNAS shall notify the certified organization to be verified within a short time before the confirmation audit. If the certified organization of our company receives the confirmation audit notice, please:
1. timely notify our company, in order to jointly do a good job of confirmation audit work;
2. certified organizations to cooperate with CNAS on-site verification (CNAS shall bear the cost of confirmation audit);
3. the problems found in the on-site verification, the CNAS confirmation audit team will issue the "Confirmation Audit On-site Verification Problem List", and the certified organization will confirm the facts of the problems found and pass them to our company so that our company can analyze and take corresponding measures and report them to CNAS.
