On January 18, 2013, the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) revised and issued and implemented CNAS-SC15:2013 "Accreditation Scheme for Quality Management System Certification Bodies of Engineering Construction Enterprises". This document has detailed requirements on the certification basis and certification mark of quality management system certification certificates in the construction field.
Our company has formulated the implementation rules for the issuance of relevant certification certificates in accordance with the requirements of the Accreditation Program, and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
This document is 1. as a supplement to the Notice on New Requirements for Quality Management System Certification in the Field of Construction [2010] No. 112, and is a detailed provision of the document on the identification of certification certificates.
2. Since January 18, 2013, the quality management system certification in the construction field issued by our company according to GB/T19001-2008/ISO9001:2008 and GB/T50430-2007 will no longer carry the IAF-MLA/CNAS joint logo.
3. In order to meet the needs of participating in overseas bidding, for construction enterprises that have obtained the certification certificate with CNAS approval mark issued by our company, and the certification basis is GB/T19001-2008 and GB/T50430-2007, our company can separately issue the SO9001:2008 certification certificate with AF-MLA/CNAS joint mark, the certification scope and registration number of the certificate are the same as those of the certificate according to GB/T50430-2007 and GB/T19001-2008 standards, but the certificate cannot be used and displayed in China.
