Recently, the training center organized the first box repair safety training course of China Railway Group in 2025 in Chongqing. A total of 76 people from China Railway Group Box Cloth Management Department, Safety Supervision Management Department, branches and box repair units participated in the training.
The purpose of this training is to strengthen the safety production awareness of box repair operators at all levels of China Railway Collection Company, improve the professional skills of box repair, and ensure the standardization of container management and the safety and standardization of maintenance work. The training content covers the theoretical knowledge of on-site operation safety management, maintenance technology, container welding specifications, etc. It also organizes the trainees to go to the box repair point to carry out on-site practical training such as corner column, centralized mining floor replacement and maintenance, which further improves the safety production awareness of the trainees, consolidates the business foundation and enhances the professional skill level.
This training is the first safety knowledge and skills training carried out by China Railway Group Co., Ltd. for its subordinate box repair units. The training center attaches great importance to, carefully planned and carefully organized. The training forms are flexible and diverse. The training of theoretical knowledge is closely combined with on-site observation and learning, so that the students can continue to grow and progress in watching and learning, action and thinking. The students have expressed that they have gained a lot, not only broadening their knowledge, but also mastered many practical skills.
