(CCSC) conducted third-party certification of the countrys first container carbon footprint accounting service platform independently developed by the Shandong Port Qingdao Port Automation Terminal, and issued the "Container Carbon Footprint Accounting Service Platform Evaluation Certificate" At the same time, the carbon footprint of 1 standard containers (TEU) was certified, and the "Container Carbon Footprint Evaluation Certificate" was issued.
Shandong Port Qingdao Port took the lead in studying and judging the development trend of carbon footprint at home and abroad, combined with the production characteristics of Qingdao Xinqianwan Container Terminal Co., Ltd. (QQCTN ), based on the existing advanced production operating system, energy management system and other software platforms, on the basis of the existing data online collection function, the port container carbon footprint online accounting service system was developed. CCSC was commissioned by QQCTN to conduct third-party certification of the port container carbon footprint online accounting service system platform developed by CCSC.
CCSC has set up an experienced evaluation working group to carry out on-site evaluation of QQCTNs "Container Carbon Footprint Accounting Service Platform" and "Carbon Footprint of Loading and Unloading 1 Standard Containers (TEU). The evaluation group carried out on-site verification on the carbon footprint accounting module of the "Container Carbon Footprint Accounting Service Platform" developed by it, reviewed the supporting documents such as management software information, function introduction, development and design specification, and cross-verified the accounting boundary, accounting method, emission factor and emission calculation of the software carbon footprint accounting system, finally, it is confirmed that the system boundary and emission factor management function of the carbon footprint accounting of the container carbon footprint accounting service platform (V1.0) are reasonably designed, the emission factor and activity level data are accurately selected, and the greenhouse gas induction category and greenhouse gas accounting method conform to the IS014067:2018 Greenhouse Gas-Product Carbon Footprint-Quantification Requirements and Guidelines, PAS 2050: Life Cycle Greenhouse Gas Emissions Assessment of 2011 Goods and Services.
