In order to respond to the call of the Opinions of the State Council on Strengthening the Construction of Quality Certification System and Promoting Total Quality Management (Guo Fa [2018] No. 3), promote industrial transformation and upgrading, promote the high-quality development of the intelligent transportation industry, and give full play to the voluntary product certification of intelligent transportation. The China Classification Society Quality Certification Co., Ltd. (CCSC) takes the initiative to undertake the "Key Technology Research on Intelligent Transportation Product Certification" project of the State Administration, the project passed the review and concluded on November 27.
The review team is headed by Wang Xiaojing, chairman of the China Intelligent Transportation Industry Alliance. Liu Hongwei, professor-level senior engineer of the Institute of Highway Science of the Ministry of Transport, Zhang Shenghai, manager of the testing department of Jinyi Technology Co., Ltd., Dong Hui, R & D manager of Beijing Juli Technology Co., Ltd., Shiyi, director of the testing center of Beijing Wanji Technology Co., Ltd., and Li Yongqiang, senior engineer of Shanghai Donghai Computer Co., are members.
Huang Xueliang, deputy general manager of CCSC, welcomed the experts of the review team and introduced the certification of intelligent transportation products in our company. CCSC reported in detail the research contents, methods and results of the project "Research on Key Technologies for Intelligent Transportation Product Certification". The two sides deeply demonstrated and discussed the significance of intelligent transportation products and equipment involved in the "Outline of Building a Strong Transportation Country" to the project research, and expanded the outer edge of the project research. The review team fully affirmed the results of the CCSC study and agreed to the conclusion of the project.
Through the research of this project, CCSC has set up the relevant standard system of intelligent transportation products, and formulated the certification mode, evaluation index and evaluation method applicable to intelligent transportation products. CCSC takes standards as the guide, certification as the means and testing as the basis, and controls the product quality through the certification system, providing strong support for the implementation of the outline of building a strong transportation country.
