From October 20 to 22, entrusted by Taiyuan China Railway Rail Transit Construction and Operation Co., Ltd., Shanxi Branch successfully completed the 2024 annual operation evaluation of the first phase of Taiyuan Metro Line 2. This evaluation is the first subway operation evaluation project undertaken by the company. Shanxi Branch is guided by "systematic diagnosis and professional empowerment" to provide authoritative professional support for the performance evaluation of the first phase of Taiyuan Metro Line 2.
This evaluation closely follows the operation objectives of Taiyuan Metro Line 2 and strictly follows the principle of "objectivity, impartiality, science and rigor". An evaluation team composed of senior experts in the field of rail transit, such as operation management, equipment and facilities, and comprehensive service guarantee, has been set up. During the three-day compact work, the expert group conducted a comprehensive "health examination" on the first phase of Metro Line 2 through multiple methods such as data review, site survey, personnel interview and data verification, focusing on the core dimensions of driving service, key service equipment, guide service, project maintenance, cost-effectiveness, safety guarantee and social impact ".
