On September 10, the China Port Procurement Supply Chain Alliance Ecological Partner Conference co-sponsored by China Port Procurement Supply Chain Alliance and Shandong Port Group Co., Ltd. was held in Jinan. The conference aims to actively promote the ecological construction of port green supply chain, gather the strength of ecological partners, jointly build and share the innovation achievements of supply chain, and strive to create an efficient, open and win-win ecological system of port procurement supply chain. Leaders of major domestic port groups, industry associations, government and enterprise institutions attended the meeting. Fu Zhishen, member of the Party committee and deputy general manager of the company, was invited to attend the meeting on behalf of CCSC and issued a carbon neutral certificate for the meeting.
The conference awarded the "Outstanding Contribution Award" and "Innovation Leading Award" of Chinas port supply chain partners to representatives of 30 outstanding ecological partners. Our company and 10 other outstanding ecological partners were awarded the "Innovation Leading Award", which is the result of our companys deep cultivation in the port field for many years.
The conference actively implemented the concept of green development, advocated and practiced a series of emission reduction measures such as green transportation, the implementation of electronic and paperless conferences, the optimization of the energy efficiency of venues and facilities, the implementation of "CD-ROM Action", and the implementation of paper sorting and recycling and garbage sorting. Entrusted by the organizers of the conference, our company evaluated the carbon neutrality of the conference and the corresponding carbon neutrality management plan according to the guidelines for the implementation of carbon neutrality of large-scale events and the guidance on promoting carbon neutrality of large-scale events in Shandong province. the organizers offset the carbon neutrality by purchasing certified carbon dioxide emission reductions, and our company issued a carbon neutrality certificate.
