In order to actively respond to the countrys important deployment on barrier-free environment construction and thoroughly implement the guidance on promoting barrier-free environment certification issued by the General Administration of Market Supervision and the China disabled Persons Federation, Huang Yabo, general manager of Southwest Region of China Classification Society quality Certification Co., Ltd. (CCSC) and general manager of Sichuan Tibet Branch, led a team to visit Chengdu disabled Persons Federation. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on comprehensively promoting the implementation and certification of Chengdu barrier-free environment construction policies. Hu Xiaodong, secretary of the party group and chairman of the Chengdu disabled Persons Federation, Zhong Bing, member of the party group and vice chairman, and responsible persons of the rights protection and rehabilitation departments all attended the forum.


At the symposium, CCSC first introduced the companys achievements in the field of barrier-free environment construction and certification since 2023, focusing on the progress of barrier-free certification in Sichuan Province in combination with local policies. The Municipal Disabled Persons Federation spoke highly of the companys technical strength and practical experience, and put forward the cooperation idea of "policy guidance, technology empowerment, and integrated development", emphasizing that barrier-free environment is an important manifestation of the progress of urban civilization, and it needs to be built with Chengdu as a world cultural tourism The strategic goals of a famous city and a park city are deeply integrated.

Chairman Hu Xiaodong put forward specific suggestions on future cooperation, including developing barrier-free solutions suitable for Chengdus characteristics, promoting the application of digital and intelligent technologies, deepening government-enterprise cooperation to create replicable benchmarking projects in key areas such as cultural and tourism scenic spots, mobilizing the public to participate in the supervision and maintenance of facilities, and establishing a long-term feedback mechanism to create an inclusive urban culture. General Manager Huang Yabo said that CCSC will take this opportunity to integrate resources, improve mechanisms, and promote the concept of barrier-free throughout the entire process of urban planning and construction management, so as to create a more convenient and inclusive living environment for the disabled and the whole society.
