T/CCAA 38-2021 Technical Specification for Assessment of Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction of Private Car-sharing Travel Project
China began to form a free ride format in 2014, but there has been a lack of assessment methods for the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions by free ride. In 2021, CCSC and Tick-tock Travel jointly carried out a study on emission reduction assessment methods, and through a large number of algorithm analysis and in-depth case trials, issued the "Technical Specification for Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction Assessment of Private Car-sharing Travel Projects". This standard provides a scientific, accurate and systematic evaluation basis for the emission reduction effect of downwind travel, realizes the "scientific visualization" of the carbon emission reduction contribution of downwind travel users, and promotes the greenhouse gas emission reduction of downwind travel from "qualitative analysis". The leap to "quantitative analysis" has filled the domestic gap. T/CCAA 74-2023 "Port Enterprise Asset Management System Implementation Guide" Standard Application Typical Cases The standard is led by CCSC and Qingdao Port International Co., Ltd., and a number of port enterprises participate in the preparation.According to the characteristics of port enterprise assets and asset management, the standard puts forward the port asset classification standard, asset management decision-making, strategic asset management plan (SAMP), full life cycle asset management and performance evaluation index system, etc., which provides a professional implementation guide for port enterprises to establish and implement the asset management system.Shandong Port Qingdao Port has established a pan-asset life cycle management system based on the standards, and the asset management level and performance have been significantly improved.In June 2024, we passed the asset management system certification audit implemented by CCSC and obtained the first CNAS-approved asset management system certification certificate in the port industry. This recognition reflects the recognition of the CCSC standard research and development level and business professional ability of the certification and accreditation industry.
