On November 22, Jiangsu Yancheng Port Holding Group Co., Ltd. (Yancheng Port Group) obtained the compliance management system certification certificate issued by China Classification Society Quality Certification Co., Ltd. (CCSC), becoming the first port and shipping enterprise in Jiangsu Province to obtain the compliance management system certificate.
The establishment of a compliance management system in accordance with international and national standards is not only an important embodiment of the implementation of the strategy of comprehensively governing the country according to law, but also an inherent requirement for standardizing enterprise management behavior and promoting high-quality development of enterprises. During the audit process, CCSC conducted a comprehensive and detailed review of the compliance management system, process and implementation of Yancheng Port Group. Through evaluation and verification, it is finally determined that the compliance management system of Yancheng Port Group meets the requirements of Compliance Management System Requirements and Guidelines for Use (GB/T35770-2022/ISO 37301:2021).
