From July 16th to 19th, entrusted by the Gansu Provincial Department of Transportation, China Classification Society Quality Certification Co., Ltd. (CCSC) undertook a training course on safety production work in the transportation industry in Gansu Province. More than 110 people including persons in charge of safety work in the transportation bureaus (committees) of various cities (prefectures, mining areas), departments, relevant offices of departments, local maritime bureaus and other units participated in the training.
At the opening ceremony, Wu Mingang, director of the safety supervision department of the provincial transportation department, made a mobilization speech. The training focused on the theme of strengthening industry supervision and preventing and resolving major risks. CCSC Safety Business Director Wu Bing explained the construction policy of safety production standardization in the transportation industry. CCSC Safety Technology Director Yuan Wenjuan systematically explained the construction of dual prevention mechanism system in the transportation industry and shared relevant excellent cases. Zhi Tongxiang, former director of the Policy and regulations Department of the State Administration of work Safety, and Professor Zhang Zhuting of the School of Management cadres of the Ministry of Transport gave lectures to the students. the two experts conducted special training on the responsibility system of safety supervision and the characterization and accountability of transportation safety production accidents respectively.
